The Golden Knights raced at the Mt SAC Invitational this past Friday and placed 3rd overall behind Dana Hills (D3) and Cathedral (D4).

Hayden Owen ran a great race and had a huge PR of 15:10, which broke the all-time St. Francis Mt SAC record!

Sam Franco was number 2 in 15:59 participating in his first ever Mt SAC race.

Luke Metcalf finished 4th for the Golden Knights. 

It was a solid race overall and the Golden Knights maintained their momentum heading into Mission League finals.
